ADULT THERAPY

Adulthood brings many transitions—building careers or partnerships, becoming a parent, moving through divorce, managing grief, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding. These moments can feel overwhelming, but they also hold opportunities for growth and transformation. Sometimes, current challenges activate earlier complex experiences that have not been fully processed and understood. In therapy, we gently explore these places with curiosity and care, so you can heal old wounds, discover your core self, and move forward with more clarity and confidence. 

I work with adults navigating these challenges, with expertise in trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, and postpartum mental health (PMAD). My approach is flexible and tailored, drawing from AEDP, IFS, EMDR, ISTDP, and mindfulness practices. Together, we focus on managing emotions, processing unresolved experiences, shifting unhelpful patterns, and strengthening relationships. Therapy becomes a space to reconnect with your inner strengths, cultivate resilience, and make choices aligned with your values and goals.
